Sam, If the maildirs can not be backed up and restored, how does one insure against lost mail in case of drive failure? I am currently using rsync to back up my maildirs. I have restored from the backup copy and while it was a mess cleaning up the duplicate messages it did seem to work. Is there a suggested method?
