.. What do you mean "scheduling feature" ? ..
In Microsoft Outlook + Exchange combo, you can schedule a meeting and invite many people to attend, reserve a conference room, set alerts ( alarms ?!) and things like that .. I referred to that 'bunch' of features as scheduling....
