Just built 0.42.0 on debian sarge. make check failed as below.
make[1]: *** [check] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/amd/fileserver/data1/home/hanasaki/dev/courier-0.42.0/imap' make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1
Umm... I think you must have left out a few lines of important error statements.
AFAICT, the only thing that can be determined from this info is a) that courier failed it's "make check" somewhere in the imap subsystem, and b) where your home folder is located.
I like trimmed error output as much as the next list member, but I think this might be taking it a bit too far. ;)
