Why not just create the Maildir at the same time it's location is entered into the database?

If you're doing it by hand or by script either one, it should be simple enough to set up.

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to convince maildrop to create a Maildir if it
doesn't exist.
For example, I'm adding a new entry into my mysql authentication database
and I want that maildrop will create the maildir on the first delivery. Is
that possible? If so, is it possible to use a template directory?

Thank you,
