I tried qmail-smtpd-auth-0.31, but extremely huge pile of spam were sent
through it. I wasn't able to investigate if this had been caused by a
stolen account or a bug in the smtpd-auth. The previous seems not to be
the case as spam were found in many independent servers. Is there any
other possible solution to use authenticated SMTP?
