Hello,
I've been receiving the following message on my primary MX every so often, which causes the connection to be shunted off to the backup MX where it successfully gets through (most of the time)... Can anyone provide some feedback on what it means, and who is at fault here? If it's something I need to change in my configuration, a point in the right direction would be most helpful.
STARTTLS failed: Unexpected SSL connection shutdown.
courieresmtpd diagnostic: the connecting client issued a STARTTLS, but then abruptly terminated the connection.
Verify that your SSL/TLS configuration is working:
addcr | TLS_VERIFYPEER=NONE couriertls -host=localhost -port=25 -protocol=smtp
If that works, the problem is with the connecting client's.
