No, the problem is that you're trying to build software on a development box that does not have the necessary development libraries installed.

I don't know why you call Dmitry's machine a development box, and even more important, what does a machine being a development box or not has to do with the present issue.
Because when you build software from source code, you do that on a development box. After testing your build, you then move it to the production box. That's the good, experienced, admin's modus operandi.
