Hm, I thought so, too. http://courier.sourceforge.net/install.html says: "--disable-autorenamesent - do not rename the Sent folder every month. This option can also be controlled by the SQWEBMAIL_AUTORENAMESENT environment variable (which can be set in Apache's httpd.conf, for example)."
