I've had a user request the following 2 features; I don't think Courier supports them. Any chance they can get added to the wish list? Anyone have patches that do this?
1) In quota warning messages, I'd like to see "you are using xxxMB out of a quota of xxxxMB."
Alternatively, to see an exact percentage (your account is 94% full)
2) Delayed delivery message: These messages start with "DELAYS IN DELIVERING YOUR MESSAGE", but don't contain an "I've been trying for xx hours/days" or an "I'll give up in xx days". Could such text be added?
