I'm a bit surprised that you need to set TCPLOCALIP, and indeed there's a problem if you have more than one IP address, but that is the way that the code reads. I'd set it in etc/esmtpd.

List?, Sam? Should TCPLOCALIP be getting set? I'm running a single IP address (NATted at the firewall) for this host... Thanks.
