Hello everyone,
I have a real problem with my imap server.
OVERVIEW I run a Debian Gnu Linux with 'sid' distribution kernel 2.4.22 I installed some service as postfix, procmail, fetchmail, spamassassin squirrelmail, apache1, mysql and COURIER-IMAP.
I use 'iptables'
Courier-imap run without any probleme as ssl mode on port 993. But it doesn't run at all on port 143 and I don't find why.
NMAP tell me the port is closed from outside an inside my local network. There in nothing about 'imap' in my '/etc/inetd.conf' and I have no 'xinetd'.
Maybe there is a conflict with another program but i don't know why.
In fact i tried to install 'openldap', 'clamav' and 'amavis' without suceeded
for the moment but i don't think there is a relation with my problem.
