This is a postfix issue.
Make sure your postfix config uses hashed directories and make sure you have no other files and directories in you postfix queue. This often happens because the postfix user has the spool dir as its home directory. If you use for example razor it creates files in this home directory. You can configure razor not to do so.
So either you have no hashed spool dirs configured at all or you have irregular files in it.
