just upgraded to 0.48.2 and the new authlib stuff. when I did, I kept getting "no such file or directory" errors from makeuserdb.
after some poking around in the code, I noticed that $makedat (line 30 or so) is set to /usr/libexec/.... but when compiled into an rpm, courier puts the file at:
/usr/lib/courier/libexec/courier/makedatprog
Not sure how this should be fixed, but it needs to happen or the large number of rpm users with userdb will be SOL unless they can read perl (makes upgrades annoying, too -- having to remember which files to modify)
makeuserdb is now in the courier-authlib package.
makedatprog is also installed by courier-authlib:
$ rpm -q -l courier-authlib | grep makedat /usr/libexec/courier-authlib/makedatprog
makeuserdb is now in the courier-authlib-userdb package, and it should be pointing to this version of makedatprog.
