OK.  I _finally_ got this version built and installed.  The "configure"
script took something like 4-5 hours to run!  This is on the same system
on which I've been building Courier for the past year or so.  It used to
take maybe an hour or so to do the "configure", but starting around
version 0.48, this has slowed down by something like a factor of 3-4.
After configuring, it took less than an hour to compile, test, and
install the new version.

So anyway, in order to start testing this, I presume that I should get
rid of this bofh setting now: "opt BOFHSUPPRESSBACKSCATTER=none".
Correct?
