Every month or two, one of my customers (using Outlook) tries to send a
huge huge message through my MSA.  Courier dutifully rejects it after
the fact (unfortunately, because apparently the client is not sending a
SIZE paramater during the MAIL FROM).  Five minutes later, the braindead
client tries again.

I've had to simply blacklist my customer's IP until they figure out how
to delete the damn message.

It's not courier's fault.
