yes, I have done this. I am able to connect through Corier's IMAP using 
Thunderbird just fine.

It seems that it is an sqwebmail issue of some sort. Sqwebmail gives me the 
error:

"Unable to open the maildir for this account -- the maildir doesn't exist or 
has incorrect ownership or permissions."

But Thunderbird connecting through IMAP works just fine.
