The IMAP protocol (afaik) does not specify the transmission of a 
"domain" or "server name", so there is technically no way to separate 
those accounts.

But Courier works well if you set the complete "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the 
username-part of the login data. Courier-authlib then automatically 
breaks this into $LOCAL and $DOMAIN.

I use authmysql and it works great, you just have to explain your users 
that the [EMAIL PROTECTED] also has to go into the username. ;-)
