No, it's probably one of the required subdirectories in one of these
maildirs.
I renamed the Maildir directory and made a fresh one with maildirmake.
Now the client, cone, just closes upon entering the inbox. Imapd crashes
and creates an imapd.core
You will need to look at the contents of your filesystem and validate the
structure of your mailbox.
Given that a fresh maildir for this user is crashing, any other folders
the imapd program looks for that I could check?
