Hi,

I run sqwebmail at https://webmail.mydomain.com. I also have another
system at https://reports.mydomain.com. Recently, we integrated
Siteminder to the reports system, and since they I am having trouble
with sqwebmail.

Siteminder sets two session cookies, SMSESSION and SMIDENTITY, both in
.mydomain.com. Once these cookies are set, anything I do in sqwebmail
fetches me a page that says:

Internal Error

The webmail system is temporarily unavailable. An error occured in
function CGI: CGI environment exceeds allowed maximum size.

If I delete these cookies, sqwebmail works just fine.

This is sqwebmail from the full courier suite 0.51.0, built as RPMs
and installed on RHEL ES3 U6. All my testing has been with Firefox
1.5.0.1 on WinXP Pro SP2.

Any help is appreciated.

The huge cookies overflow the allowed CGI environment space.

Software should not set cookies for URLs that's not theirs.
