I did some testing and was able to duplicate the problem with a 32k
file!

I took an email with a bitmap attachment and mangled the attachment to
get a message file of various sizes. For each test, I restarted
iptables and restarted Outlook Express. When I got the message down
to 28K, it finally went through.

So 28K works and 32K doesn't work.

I have duplicated this problem in the past with Thunderbird, so I
don't think this is an OE problem.

Suggestions?
