Hi all. This is, in fact my first post on this list as I have just been
playing with Courier IMAP as a potential solution for a rather
large-scale email implementation. Please forgive me if this is somewhat
of a RTFM question, I have been having some difficulties in obtaining
any decent how-tos on the topic.
My configuration is fairly simple. Courier + OpenLDAP. I have LDAP
authentication working just fine and can, using an IMAP client send an
email without issue.
My issue is likely a fundamental configuration issue. Inbound mail to
my virtual users are all being dumped in a file in the OS users home
directory (/home/vmail/Maildir). I presume I need to add in some form
of different delivery agent (Postfix?) which is LDAP aware? Is this the
case? And if this is, can someone point me to some decent how-to on
this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
