Set courier to use either "deliverquota -w 90" or "maildrop -w 90" for the DEFAULTDELIVERY setting in etc/courierd. See maildrop and/or deliverquota's man pages for further details. Note that this requires you to use Courier-MTA, not just Courier-IMAP. If you're not using Courier for SMTP and delivery you'll need to figure out how Postfix or whatever you use does notification.
