Ok, so I can then assume then that courier is connecting to the correct mx host to send the mail. I cannot see much from the logs that is going to help me track down the problem. I can telnet into port 25 of the remote host and queue a message. The only oddity that I see is when I manually connect to the remote mx, I must issue a carraige return before I get the 220 banner greeting. Would this be a likely cause of the standoff between the two mta's ?? Remote host is "Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service, Version: 5.0.2195.6713" :-( -Enda. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
