I'm trying to configure my courier server. I read some documentation,
configured courier and expecting it to work properly. But, as I said
before, it doesn't receive any mail from other servers and doesn't send

"Doesn't receive any mail" contains nothing to indicate what the problem is. There are thousands of possible reasons why you can't receive any mail: your domain's MX record is broken; you are not even accepting connections on port 25; you have a bad firewall; and many other reasons. By process of elimination you need to begin to narrow down the possibilities. Check if anything shows up in maillog. Try to telnet to your port 25, and issue some SMTP commands, and see what happens. And so on.

Also I'm trying to send a message from my mail account on my own server
(mail.avtograf.mooo.com) to my mail account on remote server. e1.ru
receives my mail without any problems.

So, that proves you can send mail successfully.

                                        But plotinka.ru doesn't receive
the message and gives me error "451 4.3.5 Server configuration
problem". I don't know how get some additional information.

Only that mail server's administrator can explain what that means. The remote mail server refused to accept the E-mail, and returned this error message itself, verbatim. That message comes from their mail server, there's no such error message in Courier. Only that mail server's administrator knows what it means, and what they need to do to fix it.

So, I'm trying to understand a cause of the problems and reconfigure my
server. But logs doesn't give me enough information (just an error
message).

That's because this is all that Courier receives from that mail server, just that error message. There's nothing else to log. SMTP is a very simple protocol.
