1) Compile maildrop with the --enable-maildirquota option.

2) Set the MAILDIRQUOTA environment variable in the maildrop recipe. This is only necessary if the maildir does not already have a quota set. If the quota is already set, via the maildirquota command or some other means, maildrop will honor the quota with no further action required.
