Yes, there are a couple of ways to go with this.  First, you can use a
global maildroprc to invoke spamc on a per-address basis.  I'd suggest
running spamd with its data kept in a database rather than in flat
config files, which will bypass problems with access permissions.  You
can also use the courierfilter capability and install Gordon Messmer's
excellent pythonfilter with its spamassassin module availabe at
<http://phantom.dragonsdawn.net/~gordon/courier-pythonfilter/courier-pythonfilter-1.5/>.
