The obvious answer is that the host in question isn't reading the DNS 
response correctly.
Check with the upstream DNS server to this problem host to see if the 
result is the same.
Compare upstream DNS server IP's with the other hosts on the same network.

I can confirm correct DNS responses from my ISP's DNS servers for the 
emiratesbank.com domain.

Have you tried rebooting the system (probably can restart one or more 
services instead, but rebooting is more straight-forward)?
