The easiest option is to use couriers mailing lists (couriermlm). A web interface to set certain management options is also included. If you use virtual daemons I recommend to set up multiple instances of the web interface (one per domain). Setting up a mailing list requires a number of manual steps. One important point is to ensure all mailing list files are owned by the user and group courier is running as! You may want to set up several scripts to ensure that this is done in a consistant way.
