Gordon Messmers pythonfilter has a filter especially for this task,
iirc. Oh, right, here it is:

So just install courier-pythonfilter (current version:
http://phantom.dragonsdawn.net/~gordon/courier-patches/courier-pythonfilter/courier-pythonfilter-1.6.tar.gz),
and put "noreceivedheaders" in /etc/pythonfilter.conf
