DNS mx rules are sending the mail to your MTA but your MTA is not
configured to receive them. Add the domain name to your localdomains
and restart courier. Personally I do it from the webadmin, you can do
it from the config files also. Once the domain is listed in the
localdomains then the MTA won't reject it as "looping" but will handle
the message against the user database.

Weird, since <tdwave.net>, <can4linux.net> and <flexray4linux.net> are
not in

----[ '/etc/courier/locals' ]-------------------------------------------
localhost
tamay-dogan.net
mail.tamay-dogan.net
mail.private.tamay-dogan.net
pgsql.private.tamay-dogan.net
router.private.tamay-dogan.net
samba1.private.tamay-dogan.net
samba2.private.tamay-dogan.net
samba3.private.tamay-dogan.net
------------------------------------------------------------------------

and the catchall accounts receiving the mails correctly.

<tdbts.debian.tamay-dogan.net> and <tdbts.debian.tamay-dogan.net> are
exactly setup as the the other three domains.

The golden rule is this:

Take all domains whose MX records point to any IP address on your mail server. Take all domain that have an A record for any IP address on your mail server.

Basically, take the entire list of all domains that may potentially appear to the right of an @ in an email address, and wind up getting tossed to your mail server.

Take all of these domains. All of them must be listed either in locals or hosteddomains (or have some other explicit mail delivery instructions, such as an alias entry).
