I have
192.168 allow,RELAYCLIENT
127.0.0.1 allow,RELAYCLIENT
since 10 years to allow all of my servers to send mails trough my Mail
relays <mail.tamay-dogan.net>. This was the first thing I have checked.

Hmmm, sqirelmail is on <mail.tamay-dogan.net> which mean localhost and
should be allowed to use the relay.
Also I am sending mails from mutt with the same relay but from my
workstation.
It becomes weird, becauseI changed the squirrelmail seting from
<mail.tamay-dogan.net>
to
<localhost>
which was the default and now I get:
ERROR:
Message not send. Server replied:
Connection refused
111 Can't open SMTP stream.
and now I have changed all back to <mail.tamay-dogan.net> and set
$useSendmail = true;
and now it works.
The question is: What is different between Debian Etch and Lenny
