We have the following versions
- courier MTA 0.71 (most recent version in gentoo linux)
- BIND 9.9.5 installed on the local machine

When a fix is available, we could install a courier snapshot manually to
help testing.

You can try courier-0.73.2.20140911.tar.bz2 from http://www.courier- mta.org/download.html
