No. Srfi-194 appears to be derived from srfi-27 and srfi-158.
Blessings be on you for making the obviously necessary (but easily
missed in an all-volunteer effort) list of attributions and relations.
However, I think you must have made a typo in the list. I note that '27'
is one place left of '38' on a standard keyboard.
