Hi Marcus, In general, I've found personal contact gets a better response. People tend to pay closer attention when you address them specifically by name.
In trying to get some of my meetings together, I had to individually contact each person I wanted there, because they'd otherwise not realize that attendance by each one of them was important. Are there other circles you can reach out to? Meetups? Best of luck!
