Hi, Jimm. Cubes & Crayons <http://www.cubesandcrayons.com/> in Menlo Parkmay meet your criteria. While it incorporates daycare, the basic office share services are "sold separately". I visited a few months ago, and found the location convenient (near CalTrain and downtown M.P.) and the service friendly; like many coworking spaces in older offices, access is via a set of stairs, so there's no retail frontage or wheelchair access. Raines Cohen, Coworking Coach <http://www.coworkingcoach.com/> who just had a great visit yesterday to Carrboro Creative Coworking<http://www.carrborocoworking.com/>in North Carolina's Research Triangle near Chapel Hill and is looking forward to tonight's New Work City<http://www.nwcny.com/>party in Brooklyn, NY
