Hello Patrick, Thank you for the Podcast. Steve and I both watched it and it is just what we need to know. I am trying to figure out whether this idea will work in Palo alto and for the space I have. At this point it is very promising. The one friend I have who rents a space at Regis thinks my present terms are too generous. However, I like them and am investigating further. Since I train sales skills, negotiating skills, customer service, conflict resolution and leadership, this would be a good addition to our seminar business, our books, and DVD sales. Plus I have several expert friends who would like doing presentations on topics needed by small business start ups. Free or a small fee?????
