I have sorta been one of those "lurking", and I apologize. But hopefully, I can be of some help to the group. Our newly opened coworking space has been open now for about two months and it has been great! We have tons of interest in what we are doing, and only need a few more people to hit a break even mark. We have had lots of news coverage, including a feature story on the NBC affiliate here KSL-TV, on the 10 o'clock news! As I was reading the "house rules for posting" I felt a little guilty not becoming more involved "early in your development and talking about what you are doing, asking questions and offering advice to others setting up the space". Seemed like all I could do was keep my head above water during the time I was getting opened. I am sure I could have benefitted more, and helped others more. Having said that, I am anxious to contribute to the community and help in any way I can. Looking forward now to being an active contributor.
