We provide them with the services we tell them we will, are attentive to
their needs and try to be a warm and welcoming community. Nonetheless,
coworking is not a model that fits everyone's needs and we lose some
members...some after just 1 month (or the 1 week free trial), others after a
few months or even a year or two, when their needs change.
