It tends to fluctuate up and down depending on weather, travel, meetings, etc. Some have suggested we tweak pricing to draw in more new members. Others have suggested rituals, artwork, etc. But I wanted to find out from all of you what works to drive participation at *your* sites. Towards that end I put together this survey.
