I just want to introduce myself! I am located in Sarasota Florida and have been working out of my home for many years. I, like many others, have been sitting in coffee houses or local book stores when I need a change of scenery. But it is not quite the same thing as having the necessities of the office at your fingertips and yet be able to get out of the house when you need it. So I am really excited about the idea of owning a coworkign business that will allow me to continue on with my work and be able to provide the same to others.
However, I am only in the planning stages and I would love any advice that you can give me to help me get on the right track. Things like what type of space that I should look for. Should I consider parking space or is is better to be directly in the city? How much start-up money should I have above the rent? And what my husband would appreciate is knowing any ideas on how to sell the idea to people before I actually find the space? Having a comittment from participants would help when developing the business plan. It has been incredibly helpful to find the website and the fact that there is so much support available is a true gift. One that I hope one day to return. Thanks!
