Im located in an area with an interesting mix, and myself and a few others are extremely interested in developing a co-working environment. However, my background is in marketing research, so the question that comes to mind is whether anyone has done any research on the "Co-Working" demographic? Has this group done a survey ever or is one out there floating around. The more I learn about co-working, the more I like the concept. But I want to better understand who potential participants would likely be and what they need from such an environment.
