Hi Will, I have been toying with that same idea for a while.
I've been living and working from Chiang Mai a town in the northern Thailand for the pass 5 months. Now heading back to Montreal, Canada. I was seriously considering opening up a Station C space here. Due to the current political situation in the country and other issues around work permit I decided to abandon the idea for now.
