Hello CoWorking Group, Mark Gilbreath here! I've been following the coworking group for some time now and wanted to formally introduce myself. I was the developer/owner of VengaWorks Venture Centers in Meridian ID (Boise area) the first CoWorking project to launch in Idaho. I'd like to lend my support to the CoWorking community and share from our experiences and lessons learned including:
* Green building... VengaWorks was housed in a purpose-built LEED Gold building * Public sector partnering... VengaWorks allied with local city government to create scholarship programs promoting coworking, green jobs and healthy work environments * Corporate partnering... working with large companies in the technology and design industries to leverage their best practices Regrettably, VengaWorks was forced to close this past month. I'm confident that it will rise again. I look forward to collaborating with this community going forward.
