Hello guys, i'm building a coworking space in Curitiba, Brazil and i'm wondering about behavior codes. It's obvious that, in a community, one persons freedom ends where another persons freedom begins. But how does it work in your space? Do u have mechanisms to regulate behavioral conflicts, among others? I think a solution for that would be to define and make available a "code of behavior". Has any space already had this kind of problems? How do u deal with it? Do any of u have a concrete "code of behavior"?
I know each community end up building instinctively their own code, even if not written, but does anyone have one written to share with the group? Hope i could make myself understood.
