We are working through a partnership with a local small college currently. They have an Entrepreneur program, as well as other business programs, that would connect well with co-working/startup spaces. We'd like to work out an arrangement where local businesses and entrepreneurs will make a donation to the college program, which in turn they use to support our co-working space through 2 areas- 1) A program membership for all students in their upper level programs that allows access to the space and 2) Business resources for all members of the space, including subscriptions to business/entrepreneurial magazines and other helpful items. We haven't worked out all the details yet, but hope to make it a win-win for all parties.
