Exciting and also fascinating! The topic of "core values" has come up before and was "decided upon". I use quotes like that because the fact that you are bringing it up again illustrates how even simple things like this are much trickier with a group as diverse as us. For reference, Alex put them up on coworking.com. They are also referred to as the 5 tenants of coworking.
This could be written off as poor organization or as basic human nature. Large groups often have a wide range of things they consider "core" to the name they choose to describe "their people".
