Sorry if this topic has been beaten to death before, but we are getting close to opening a new coworking space in Iowa City, Iowa and I'm looking for any examples of membership agreements, forms, etc that anyone would recommend. I believe in open and casual, but I have a feeling the lawyers on my board are going to want something people sign when they become members that protects our organization from liability for idea stealing, damages, theft.. that sort of thing.
