We've intentionally avoided publishing our member list in this fashion for
the sake of it becoming a honeypot for things we try to stay away from, like
old-skool recruiting and slimy business types looking for "talent" to do
their project on equity. Our members don't deserve to be harassed like that.

We're working with a crew at Beehive Baltimore on a system to publish a
member "face wall" internally, though! This isn't about finding skills - in
fact, we've asked them to scrap that feature completely and just focus on
people and their interests rather than skills - but instead helping avoid
the awkward "hey man" or "yo!" greetings, and actually help people get to
know each other easier.

A tool like this is relatively easy to build, but building it to solve an
actual problem is the key - finding people is easy, building relationships
with them is hard. Having some face->name recognition in a coworking space
is something our members really are excited about.

We just got access to it today and we'll be blogging about our experiences
soon!
