Hey Everyone- I had a quick question about members requesting street sinage. My space is on the second level of the 2 story building with a hard to see set back door. I have 1 private office I have rented to two members who are sharing it.
They have asked me if they could have a double sided a frame sign on the street directing people up to w@tercooler and their business as well. I am concerned about allowing him to do this for a few reasons: 1) it makes us look like we are only 2 businesses upstairs 2) I don't want strangers coming in off the street to dell him gold (which is his business) and 3) even though he has the 1 private office I do not want the other members to feel as though they are less represented or for numerous people to ask for the same thing. Has anybody had to adress a request it is this? I had told him originally that he could have a small exterior wall-mounted sign that has the ability to rotate signs ias this office will obviously change hands from time to time.
