Jess, I have just gone through the phase your in. Our coworking space officially opens this month. I found the people in this group to be super helpful. Get out in the community and start talking about what you want too do. I am in a rural town but people have loved the idea and we have got support from all sorts of groups here locally. So I would recommend to ask lots of questions and get out and spread the word.
